I occasionally go into the city with film camera
I rarely have film camera when I go into downtown in my hometown. But, I recently make a rule bringing it because I might as well try something new because I have came abroad. And, I’m also bringing my 2nd smartphone with tripod and camera mounts. It’s so efficient not only to take a picture with mates but also make it easy to take some short clips like the one below.
A week ago, I uploaded a short edited video made up of various videos on YouTube to withdraw large size videos from my cloud storage. If I leave these videos on the storage, it will be full in no time. So I often collect these short clips and make a short video. Even though YouTube and this website server have no limited/huge(2TB) storage, most people don’t use it. For sure, some SNS such as YouTube, Instagram, and website is usually used as portfolio or business. I also use it as that and earn by this website actually. However, sometimes, they can be used as cheaper storage than some cloud services such as iCloud, Google drive and Dropbox.
If your cloud storage reaches full, you can use these as 2nd storage.

僕は街へ行くとき、ほとんどフィルムカメラを持っていません。でも、せっかく海外に来たのだから、何か新しいことに挑戦してみたいということで、最近は持っていくことにしています。更に、2台目のスマートフォンとそれに三脚とカメラマウントを付けて持っていきます。仲間と一緒に写真を撮るだけでなく、下のようなショートムービーも簡単に撮れるのでとても効率的です。
1週間前、YouTubeにアップロードした動画は、クラウドストレージの容量を確保するために様々な動画を集め、編集して作った短い動画でした。撮影した動画をこのままにしておくと、あっという間にストレージが一杯になってしまうので、短いクリップを集めて短い動画を作るようにしています。YouTubeやこのサーバーは、無限/2TBの大容量ストレージを備えているにもかかわらず、ほとんどの人は使っていない。確かに、YouTubeやInstagram、WebサイトなどのSNSの中には、ポートフォリオやビジネスとして利用されているものもあります。僕もそのように使っていますし、実際にこのサイトで収入を得ています。しかし、iCloudやGoogleドライブ、Dropboxなどのクラウドサービスよりも安価なストレージとして利用できる場合もあるのです。
クラウドストレージが一杯になったら、2つ目のストレージとしてそれらを使うこともできるのでぜひ。
